Raphidophora tetrasperma Moss Pole Change
Earlier this year, I shared a post about using moss pole supports and even included a photo of one we picked up at a big-box store. Since then, we’ve discovered that our plants thrive so much more when we use moss poles that we pack with moss ourselves. We buy the plastic versions that can be woven together and add new sections as the plant grows. I also love that I can water them by placing a cup with a small drip hole at the top of the plant, letting the water slowly run down into the moss.
Our Raphidophora tetrasperma has grown and now we place stakes on either side of the plant to help support the pole. It’s been a simple change, but the difference for our plant has been amazing.
I purchased the start from Leaf & Luxe in Lima, Ohio
