Houseplants

My houseplant family just keeps growing, and I love having a place to keep track of it all. Some have become such favorites that I’ve ended up with several of the same—those trailing vines especially; I think I’m up to five or six now! It brings me such joy to tuck plants into every corner of our home, letting a bit of fresh green brighten each room.

Living in the Midwest means many outdoor plants can’t survive the winter on their own. So once the chill settles in, I gather up the Begonias, Geraniums, cacti, and all the other porch companions that make our summers so cheerful, and bring them indoors. They get a warm, cozy spot to rest until spring returns.
